If you are using your own ISP, you will need a program which can upload your files to your web space. Generally, this is called FTP for File Transfer Protocol. You can download Winsock FTP, which is really good, from tucows.com. or from my site (maybe not the latest version however). If you are using web host and you access from a network, you can use their File Upload Utility. However, if your site explicitly allows passworded FTP access, Winsock FTP is the better choice.
